The MOVA brewery in Dnipro, Ukraine, was the largest complete project of INOX Processing SVOBODA to date. Not so much the volume size of the brewery and tanks, but its range of complete supplied
technology was a whole bite, which we successfully managed to install and put into operation. As a part of the project was installed, a four-vessel brewery with a volume of 2000 litres of produced wort with automated control of the brewing process, cylindrical-conical and lager tanks with a volume of 2000 and 4000 litres, fixed piping for beer transfer and CIP, mobile and automatic stationary CIP station, complete automatic cooling system AFS-100 for fermentation tanks , malt milling management containing malt crusher, malt tank, malt conveyors and hydrator, and last but not least containers for cold water, ice water, glycol tank and hot water tank. Beer production will focus mainly on quality Czech lagers, which is very popular in Ukraine. The brewery, which started brewing in the form of "gypsy brewing", has now turned into a colossus that will supply quality craft beer, not only the city of Dnipro but the whole of Ukraine. We could say that a beautiful swan grew out of an ugly duckling. God bless MOVA brewery.
